Prices exclude VAT. Billed monthly, cancel at the end of any month. Outgrown a plan mid-year? We move you up and charge the difference, rather than cutting you off.
Questions
The ones worth asking first.
- Is there a contract?
- No. It is monthly, and you can stop at the end of any month. Tell us and we will send you everything you put in before we close the account.
- What happens to my data if I leave?
- You get an export of your customers, visits and messages in a format a spreadsheet can open, and then the database holding them is destroyed. It is not kept warm for a year in case you come back.
- Do my customers have to sign up for anything?
- No, and they never will. Messages reach them by email, and they reply to that email or to a link on it. There is no customer account anywhere in the product.
- Can I move over mid-season?
- Yes, and most people do. We load your customers and their visit patterns before you switch, so the first schedule you look at is already right.
- What counts as a customer?
- An address you visit. If you visit two flats in the same building for two different people, that is two. A customer you have marked inactive does not count.
- Do you take payments for me?
- Not yet. The app records what each visit is worth and whether it has been paid, which is what the cash-and-bank-transfer end of the trade actually needs. Card collection is on the list.
