For appointments
People book a time. Everything after it is in one place.
For physios, tutors, trainers, consultants and anyone whose week is a diary. A booking page that fills your calendar, a customer record for everyone who books, and their replies in one inbox.
Set up for you, with your customers already loaded. No card to enter.
Your booking page
No more “does Tuesday work?”
Every client gets a page of their own at a link they can share. It shows the times you are actually free, from the hours you set and the bookings you already have, and a time someone picks is booked there and then.
Set your hours
Which days, from when to when, how long each booking is, and the days you are off. Call it an appointment, a session or a call.
Share your link
Put it on your website, in your email signature or in a text. People pick an open time and it is theirs, with no back-and-forth to agree one.
See them
It is in your diary and on your phone, with a confirmation already in their inbox. If they need to move it, they reply to that.
What you get
Six things, done properly.
There is nothing to configure for a fortnight before it is useful.
A booking page of your own
Your name on it, your title on it, and only the questions you want asked. Open times are worked out from your hours, less whatever is already booked.
Straight into the diary
A booking lands on your schedule the moment it is made. Two people reaching for the same slot cannot both have it.
A confirmation they can answer
Everyone who books gets one by email, and replying to it lands in your inbox on their record. Moving a time is a conversation, not a form.
Your words, not ours
The whole workspace says what you say: appointments, sessions or calls. “Today’s sessions” on the phone, “Book a call” on the page.
One record per customer
Every booking, message, note and task on a timeline, newest first, so the next appointment starts where the last one left off.
Paid, or not yet
Each appointment carries its price and whether it has been paid, and who owes you is one list with a reminder ready to send.
Messaging
Your customers reply to an email, not to an app.
Nobody is downloading software to tell you something has changed. Every message you send carries a reply address of its own, so a customer can hit reply in whatever mail app they already use and it lands on their conversation in your inbox. There is a link too, for the ones who would rather type into a page.
Quoted history gets stripped, duplicates get dropped, and the whole thread stays attached to the customer record, so the person picking it up next week can see what was agreed.
Conversation
Hi Priya, you're booked in for Thursday 19 March, 11:00 to 12:00. If you need to change or cancel it, just reply to this message.
You · Tue 09:12
Thanks! Could we make it 14:00 instead? Something's come up at work.
Priya · Tue 09:40
Replied by email. No account, no password, no app.
On the phone
Your day, between appointments.
Today in the order it happens, who is next and what they came about, the inbox and your tasks. Mark one done, note what was agreed, and it is on the office screen before the next person arrives.
- Today by the clock, with the next appointment at the top
- Customers with their history, notes and tap-to-call
- Appointments, customers and tasks added from wherever you are
- Who owes what, with a reminder ready to send
- The same inbox, with quick replies for what you say every day
Your data
Your business gets its own database.
Not a column on a shared table with everybody else’s customers in it. When you are set up, a database is created for your business alone, and that is the only place your customers, appointments and messages live. It is a harder promise to make and an easier one to keep.
Hosted in the UK and Europe. Export what you have put in, whenever you want it, in a format a spreadsheet can open.
Give people a time they can just take.
Tell us how bookings reach you now and we will set up your page and your workspace, with your customers already in it.
