07:30For businesses paid per visit

Every visit, every customer, every reply, in one place.

For window cleaners, gardeners, cleaners and every round that gets paid per visit rather than per invoice. Recurring visits, one-off jobs, what each customer owes and everything they have said to you, without a spreadsheet and a second inbox.

Free for 14 days. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

Why it exists

The spreadsheet works until it does not.

Most rounds run on a sheet of recurring customers, a phone full of texts and a memory for who has paid. It holds up at thirty customers. At three hundred it is a part-time job, and the first thing to go is the follow-up nobody wrote down.

1

Put your customers in

One record each: address, what they pay, and the service they get in your own words. Import from the spreadsheet you are keeping now.

2

Set the pattern

Every four weeks, the first Monday of the month, one-off next Tuesday. The schedule fills itself in from there, as far ahead as you need to see.

3

Work the day

Open today on your phone, follow the route, tick off what is done, mark what got paid. Skipped visits stay on the record instead of vanishing.

What you get

Six things, done properly.

There is nothing to configure for a fortnight before it is useful.

A schedule that fills itself

Set a customer to recurring and their visits appear on the calendar ahead of time, each by their own pattern. Re-running it never doubles anything up.

Money on the visit

Each visit carries its own price and its own paid flag, because that is how you actually get paid. No invoices to raise, no ledger to reconcile.

Who owes you, at a glance

Done and not paid is its own list, with the total at the top and a friendly reminder ready to send. Mark a week of cash paid in one go.

The day's route

Today's visits on a map, nearest first, with directions and an on-my-way message from the stop you are leaving.

Tags for the awkward questions

Who is on the winter list, who pays by cash, who needs a text the night before. Tag them once and filter the customer list by it.

Everyone on the team

Add your staff and they see the same schedule and the same inbox, from the office or from the van.

10:15Out on the round

The phone app is the same day, in your pocket.

Today’s visits, the customer you are stood outside, the inbox and your tasks. Tick a visit done, mark it paid, tap to call, and it is on the office screen before you are back in the van.

In the van

The next visit, and the way to it.

  • Today, with the next visit, directions and an on-my-way message
  • The day's route on a map, nearest stop first
  • Customers, visits, tasks and notes added from wherever you are
  • Who owes what, marked paid in one go, with a reminder ready to send
  • The same inbox, with quick replies for what you say every day

Then Dawn writes back

Your customers write back without an account.

Nobody is downloading software to tell you something has changed. Every message you send goes out as an email from your business with a link of its own: one tap, a box to type in, and what they write lands on their conversation in your inbox.

Messaging

One thread per customer, in both directions.

No sign-up, no password and nothing to install on their side, and the whole thread stays attached to the customer record, so the person picking it up next week can see what was agreed.

A conversation with a customer: a message from the business, and the customer’s reply under it.

What it costs

One price for the business. Not one per person.

Every plan is the whole product: the schedule, the booking page, the inbox, the phone app and a database of your own. What changes is how many customers you are carrying.

18:00After you have gone home

The follow-up happens without you.

When a job is done, a booking lands or a visit is tomorrow, Packed Day can wait, check, and then send the message, add the task or tag them for you. Every step is checked again before it goes, so a job you undo sends nothing.

Your data

Your business gets its own database.

Not a column on a shared table with everybody else’s customers in it. When you are set up, a database is created for your business alone, and that is the only place your customers, visits and messages live. It is a harder promise to make and an easier one to keep.

Hosted in the UK and Europe. Export what you have put in, whenever you want it, in a format a spreadsheet can open.

No website yet?

We build those too.

Packed Day is made by Fabrio, a small studio building clean, fast websites for service businesses. A site we build is connected to your workspace from day one: every enquiry lands in your inbox, and anyone who books from it is in your diary.
